Ernesto Ceirano (1875–1953) was an Italian entrepreneur, racing driver and motoring pioneer. Born in Cuneo in 1875, Ceirano was the youngest of four brothers who were pioneers of the Italian car industry. In 1908 he finished third in the Targa Florio driving his brother's S.P.A. (Società Piemontese Automobili) automobile.

Ultimogenito dei fratelli Ceirano, Ernesto iniziò a lavorare da ragazzo nell'officina ciclistica di Giovanni Battista e seguì da vicino tutta l'epopea della e dell'Accomandita Ceirano dove aveva il ruolo di responsabile del montaggio. In seguito fu cofondatore della Fratelli Ceirano, ma al termine di quell'avventura imprenditoriale, non ne intraprese altre. Diversamente dai suoi tre fratelli, la notevole abilità nella meccanica non era accompagnata da forti ambizioni.
