About: On 31 March 2020, Chinese Health Authorization announced that numbers of asymptomatic cases with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) infection will be made to the public daily. This was a very important step since different counties have different capacities for the detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection and control strategy for the Coronavirus Disease 2019 outbreak. We summarized the characteristics of asymptomatic SARS‐CoV‐2 infections and the transmission potential of asymptomatic cases.
