Also an arranger, he was responsible for most of the successful arrangements from the Young Blood catalogue, such as the Top 20 American hit %22Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep%22 and a number of recordings by Don Fardon. He was the driving force behind the New London Chorale.Parker passed away April 18th 2013.
